WHO YOU ARE:

Are you a talented programmer who has a great idea for a new Internet based business, but you do not have the financial resources to pursue it? Consider the advantages of partnering with an experienced USA-based company to make your vision a reality.

WHO WE ARE:

Our company, Maximilian Ventures, is seeking to recruit and partner with world-class programmers. (It does not matter to us where in the world you live.) Our company has experience in successfully forming and growing new Internet based businesses. We have the knowledge, expertise, experience, and financial resources necessary to start and grow new businesses.

OUR PROPOSAL TO YOU:

Leave all the legal work, the business administration, and the marketing to us. You concentrate on what you do best: programming, innovating, and making your technical vision a reality.

Together, we will establish a new USA-based Limited Liability Company in the State of Delaware, which has the most favorable tax structure and strongest legal protection for owners. You will be an owner of the company. (Maximilian Ventures will be the other owner.) This is a true partnership.

You must have your own excellent idea for a new Internet based business and convince us the idea is worth our financial commitment and resources. (Both of us will sign confidentiality and non-compete agreements to ensure our mutual protection.) We will then work with you to form a budget, a time table, and milestones.

TO BEGIN THE PROCESS:

To begin, please send an email to new_business@maximilian.net with the following information:

(1) Provide your name, phone number, mailing address.

(2) Providing as much information as you are comfortable sharing at this time, please give us a basic description of your proposed product or service. (You may make this description as general as you feel is necessary to protect the privacy of your idea. Do not worry if your description appears too generic. At a later time, if we are interested, we will sign a confidentiality and non-compete agreement and fax it to you.)

(3) What is the industry for your proposed product or service? What is your experience or background, if any, working in that industry?

(4) Is your proposed product or service an entirely new concept, or is it an improvement of an existing product or service that is currently offered by another company?

(5) If you answered “Yes” to #4 above, which existing companies, if any, offer similar or competing products or services?

(6) What is your level of education, and how many years of programming experience do you have? (Please provide this information for all proposed team members/partners, if more than one.)
